This Privacy Policy describes how Juele (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Juele mobile app (the “App”). This policy applies to information processed by the App and our support communications.

Depending on how you use the App and what you choose to permit, we may handle the following categories of information:

3. Sources of Information
- From you (when you import photos, configure settings, or contact support).
- From your device and OS (via iOS permission frameworks such as Photo Library access, and device diagnostic settings).
4. How We Use Information
- Provide the App. Import your photos (with your permission) and render the immersive experience.
- Personalize and improve. Apply your settings and improve performance, reliability, and accessibility.
- Safety and compliance. Prevent abuse, enforce policies, and comply with legal requirements.
- Support. Respond to your questions and requests.
5. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited situations:
- Service providers. Vendors that help us operate and support the App (for example, crash reporting or analytics, if enabled). They are permitted to process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy.
- Legal. If required to comply with law, court order, or valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to notice where required.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with legal obligations. Where information is stored on your device, it remains there unless you delete it, uninstall the App, or change your device settings.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices & Controls
- Photo permissions. You can grant “selected photos” access or revoke access in iOS Settings at any time.
- Accessibility. You can reduce motion/effects, disable haptics, or choose performance modes in the App settings (where available).
- Export/sharing. If the App offers export features, you decide whether to share and which destination you choose.
9. Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights:
9.1 California (CCPA/CPRA)
- Right to know/access. You may request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and disclosures.
- Right to delete. You may request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing”. We do not sell personal information. If we ever engage in “sharing” for cross‑context behavioral advertising, we will provide an opt‑out.
- Non‑discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights.

- You may have rights to access and correct personal data, and to withdraw consent, subject to legal exceptions.
- If we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we will take steps to ensure comparable protection as required by applicable law.
9.4 Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and APPs)
- You may request access to and correction of personal information we hold.
- We will take reasonable steps to protect personal information and handle complaints fairly.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at juelecyl@163.com.
11. International Transfers
If we process information outside your country of residence (for example, to provide support or operate infrastructure), we will take steps to protect information consistent with this policy and applicable laws (including contractual and security measures where appropriate).
